What happens after the 30-day trial?

If you don't upgrade, your school moves to the Free plan. All your data stays safe; paid-only AI features pause and limits return to the Free plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrades activate immediately after payment. Downgrades are self-service too; your data stays safe and paid add-on credits remain in the wallet.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee. For paid plans, we'll even help you import your student data for free.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. You can pay directly for annual access or start an eligible trial first.

What if my school has more than 0 students?

The highest slab can be configured for large schools and chains from the superadmin plan panel. Contact sales if you need a custom rollout.
